Four tours are offered to this outstanding location. Our late May departure enables you to capture the last remaining signs of spring and the snows of winter on the hills. Our 2 Midnight Sun departures represent views totally unique to the Arctic Regions with a cornucopia of colours and our Ruska departure is best represented as being similar to the Fall in the USA. For keen cycling enthusiasts, this safari will test your stamina, durability and enthusiasm, but will reward you with a unique and rewarding experience. Taking a different direction each day across a range of surfaces - tarmac around the villages, forest tracks, rocky mountain paths, boggy peat, shingle and dirt roads through fells, moors and forests, and around lakes and rivers.You will be accompanied by an experienced English speaking guide throughout the safari (standard routing) and will overnight in cabins, hotels or guest houses along the trails.

Our hands on cookery courses are taught by local Lappish chefs with excellent grasp of English enabling you to secure the knowledge to prepare Arctic Scandinavian Cuisine with an authentic Lappish flavour in a professional manner. Four courses are offered based on the fresh produce of the region. One will concentrate on fish dishes with particular reference to salmon and trout. Other courses will concentrate on the outstanding mushrooms of the forest, the varying uses of venison as a main meat and the uses of forest berries.
